Here we have a few electric mandolins
 
Two are 5-strings and the other an
8-string
 
The scale length is 14.5" 
I have one all strung up and wired and
it sounds awesome
I will post finished pics soon
I also have a cool custom V style guitar in the works, so I will have pics of that up soon
